Service Description

The first session is a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique lifestyle, health concerns, and nutritional needs. This is conducted virtually. What to Expect: 1. Medical & Health History - Discussion of your medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances). - Review of medications, supplements, and past treatments. 2. Dietary & Lifestyle Review - Analysis of your current eating patterns (meal timing, portion sizes, food preferences). - Understanding of lifestyle factors (sleep, stress, physical activity). 3. Goals & Challenges - Identifying short- and long-term health goals (e.g., weight management, improving digestion, enhancing energy). - Discussing any barriers to healthy eating (e.g., time constraints, food intolerances, disordered eating). 4. Body Composition (if applicable) Some consultations may include weight, BMI, or body composition assessments. Please note: I have a lot of experience with disordered eating and this is handled with great sensitivity, care and caution. 2. Personalized Nutrition Plan Based on your assessment, I will design a customised nutrition strategy aligned with your goals, values and lifestyle. You’ll receive a selection of (depending what you find useful): -Tailored Meal Plans – Balanced, easy-to-follow meal suggestions that fit your taste preferences, values and schedule. - Practical Recommendations – Tips for meal prep, grocery shopping, and dining out. - Supplement Guidance – If needed, safe and effective supplement recommendations. - Behavioural Support – Techniques for mindful eating, managing cravings, improving habits and more.
