What's in Season?

Eating seasonally is a great way to balance ourselves with the natural progression of the year. Focusing on eating foods that grow in abundance to the UK at certain times of the year decreases the enviromental impact of importing food from other countries. 

Natively grown fruit and vegetables are just as nutritious, delicious and they're often cheaper and more easily found in supermakets or your local farmshop/green grocers.
