Vegetable tagine

The recipe below gets five stars from me. I have been speaking to all my patients today about the vegan tagine I made tonight - I have been very excited :-). It has come out delicious. I added apricots as well as prunes, and chickpeas too, which made it even yummier. Wonderful recipe for the chillier nights!
