Simple, rustic healthy meals

I really like these tips. Bottom line: there is nothing wrong with simple, rustic like healthy meals. A plate with some eggs, olives, sourdough bread and beautiful leafy greens can be rustled up in five minutes and is super healthy and satisfying. Don't feel that embarking on a healthy eating lifestyle will mean having to become like Gwyneth Paltrow: not at all.
